Dancing in Dreamland: The Book.

It takes a lot to capture and retain my attention. I couldn’t put the laptop down. I was enamored with the story, it was like being on Mr. Toad’s wild ambulance. The author definitely describes his main character “Jeff”. I felt as if I actually knew this guy at some point in my life. I felt like I was along for the ride in his chaotic life experiences and his assistant during his creative high jinx. The author gives crisp, clean explanations of medical standards/procedures without wallowing in details and or jargon. There are erotic passages that really turned me on without having to resort to smuttiness. In deed, the author frequently and suddenly changes gears from humor to sexuality, or adventure to the realm of the intellect, and sardonic playfulness to spiritual reverence in less than a page. Because to him, everything is connected as well as separate. One thing just seems to lead to another.

  1. I’m so pleased to know you liked the novel. It was my first, and took about eight years to write. I am now engaged in writing The Talking Monkeys…I intend for it to be finished before the end of the year (I’ve speeded up my process lately)…I try to post each new chapter as it is finished. I’d love to know what you think.
